Tim has more than 35 years of experience in the Crop Insurance industry and is the President of Sonnenberg Agency. His expertise extends to Crop Policy Provisions. He has been recognized both locally and nationally for his contributions to Crop Insurance. Over the years, Tim has helped design several Crop Insurance products that are still being marketed today.

Jared has 25 years of experience in the Crop Insurance industry and serves as the Personnel Director and Secretary of Sonnenberg Agency. Beyond his agency work, Jared is active in the community as the Chaplain for the Sterling Fire & Police Departments, the Logan County Sheriff's Office, and the ATF (Denver Field Division). Additionally, Jared is an ordained minister serving as Lead Pastor at LeRoy Community Church and is a Board-Certified Mental Health Coaching Counselor (AACC).

Darin has more than 10 years in the Crop Insurance industry and is the Marketing & Advertising Director and Treasurer of Sonnenberg Agency. Prior to joining our team, Darin was a Fire Engineer/EMT with the Sterling Fire Department and is a proud veteran, having served in the United States Naval Reserve. He is also a former member of AgriSompo's Crop Insurance Agent Advisory Council.

Travis has nearly a decade of experience in the insurance industry and serves as the Personal Lines Director of Sonnenberg Agency. He holds specialty designations in Farm & Ranch Insurance, and Commercial Insurance. Before joining our team, Travis was also with the Sterling Fire Department as a Lieutenant/EMT. Additionally, he played a key role on the Farmers Alliance Agents Council, where his expertise in Auto Insurance, Home Insurance, Commercial Insurance, and Farm & Ranch Insurance was invaluable.

Sam has more than 35 years of experience in the retail and service industry, with over 30 years specifically in the Crop Insurance industry. He has received local and national awards for his contributions to Crop Insurance. Additionally, Sam is a long-tenured Board Member of the Crop Insurance Professionals Association (CIPA) and has served on the Logan County Economic Development Board and the Sterling Urban Renewal Authority Board for many years.

Coree began her career in the insurance industry in 2002 with State Farm Insurance. After a few years, she took a step back from the insurance sector while owning and operating her own business in Sterling, CO. Since joining the Sonnenberg Agency team, Coree has been instrumental in helping hundreds of clients meet their diverse insurance needs, including Auto Insurance, and Home Insurance.

Ashley joined the Sonnenberg Agency team in June of 2025. As of October 2025, she is our newest licensed agent specializing in Home Insurance and Auto Insurance, and she will be taking on new clients while also addressing the insurance needs of our current Property & Casualty clients, including those requiring Auto Insurance, and Homeowners Insurance.

Based in Grand Junction, CO, she manages our satellite office while continuing to assist Laurie in meeting the insurance needs of our clients in the Strasburg/Bennett/Byers area, including Auto Insurance, Homeowners Insurance, and Commercial Insurance.

Currently, Laurie manages the satellite office in Strasburg, Colorado.
